Pens and Needles...catchy title to our newsletter isn't it??!! Our first issue was just published on May 30th 2007. Pens and Needles is the brain child of EMS Coordinator Inge Smith-Luce, as a way to spread the word about things going on in the district. Not only will our newsletter have the goings-on around the district, you will also find the training calendar for a couple of months time frame, as well as some protocol review. We are looking for ideas to add to the newsletter, and change it from its distribution now (we are not quite sure yet!!) to hopefully a once a month newsletter. We are going to try other stuff, such as highlighting a District #12 provider, or maybe a squad perhaps, or talking about an interesting call. So if you have ideas, please e-mail your ideas to Inge or contact your or any of the training officers.
